Dispatch Schedule:
The purchased artwork shall be dispatched by the Artist within fourteen (14) working days following the confirmed receipt and clearance of the full transaction amount into Kaveri Krafted’s designated account.
Payment Clearance:
For orders where payment is made via internet banking, dispatch shall not be initiated until the funds have been formally verified and fully cleared.
Notification:
Upon dispatch, the Buyer will receive an email notification sent to the address provided during registration (or as subsequently updated).
Tracking Information:
The dispatch notification shall include all relevant details required to track the status and location of the consignment.
Kaveri Krafted explicitly disclaims any liability for failure or delay in the delivery of goods, or for any damage or defect to such goods, when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including, but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, war, national emergencies, terrorism, or labor disputes.
Courier Services:
All orders are shipped through reputable courier services. For international deliveries, the final leg of delivery may be handled by the destination country’s national postal service.
Customs Clearance Delay:
The Buyer acknowledges that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures, which are beyond the control of Kaveri Krafted or the Artist and may cause delays in the final delivery.
Service Modification:
Kaveri Krafted reserves the right to modify or update delivery services, courier partners, and geographical availability from time to time without prior notice.
Serviceable Regions:
We currently offer international delivery to multiple regions, including (but not limited to) countries across Europe, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates.
Restricted Destinations:
Due to customs and regulatory restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following locations: Vatican City State, Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, San Marino, Greenland, and any countries currently affected by war or inaccessible shipping routes.
Tracking and Inquiry:
All orders are shipped using trackable services. If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period for the destination country, the Buyer should first contact their local postal or courier service for inquiry.
Escalation and Time Limit:
If further assistance is required, the Buyer may contact Kaveri Krafted directly. To prevent automatic return-to-sender (RTS), the Buyer must reach out to either the delivery company or Kaveri Krafted via the designated communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp) within five (5) calendar days after the expected delivery period has passed without successful receipt of the order.
